JobMatch is a personality-based job matching platform ("Where Personality Meets Culture") that connects job seekers with companies based on personality traits, work habits, and core values—not just skills. It is not a traditional job board: you swipe to match (like dating apps), and your CV is only shared after you and a company both swipe right.
Matching is done through job postings. When you and a company both swipe right on each other, you get a match and can message. Our algorithm scores compatibility across skills, role-specific personality and work habits, company culture, and core values. Swipe from Dashboard → Start Swiping or the Swipe page.
JobMatch is free for candidates: unlimited swipes, full access, and 5 Super Likes per day. Premium gives more Super Likes and extra features. Companies can post jobs and subscribe for premium tools. Your CV stays private until you have a mutual match.
Sign up and complete onboarding (basic info, personality, work habits, core values). Then edit anytime via Dashboard → Edit Profile or Settings → Profile. You can upload a CV or use the CV Builder (Dashboard → My CV → Edit CV) to build one in the app.
Yes, you can update your profile at any time through the Settings page.
When both parties swipe right, you'll get a match notification and can start messaging each other.
No, your CV is only visible to companies after you have a mutual match.
You can delete your account through Settings → Data Management → Delete Account.
You can report inappropriate behavior through the report feature on profiles or messages, or contact support directly.

Business in a Box is JobMatch's Partner program for individuals who want to start their own business promoting JobMatch. Your business as a Partner is to refer companies to JobMatch; when they subscribe, you earn recurring commissions (40–70% depending on tier).
