  • Post offensive, defamatory, or hateful content

2.4 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Send spam, junk mail, or unsolicited communications
  • Use automated systems to send messages without authorization
  • Collect email addresses or other contact information for spamming
  • Engage in mass messaging or bulk communications

2.5 Security Violations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's security or functionality
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
  • Use automated tools to access the Platform without authorization

2.6 Commercial Activities

  • Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Sell, trade, or transfer your account
  • Advertise products or services unrelated to job matching
  • Solicit users for services outside the Platform's intended purpose

2.7 Data Collection and Privacy

  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Platform
  • Share other users' information without authorization
  • Violate other users' privacy rights

3. Content Guidelines

3.1 Profile Content

Your profile content must:

  • Be accurate and truthful
  • Be relevant to job matching
  • Not contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
  • Not infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Not contain personal contact information (use Platform messaging instead)

3.2 Messages

Messages must:

  • Be professional and respectful
  • Be relevant to job matching
  • Not contain spam, scams, or fraudulent content
  • Not solicit personal information inappropriately

4. Account Restrictions

  • You may not maintain multiple accounts without authorization
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this Policy and take appropriate action, including:

  • Warning or notification
  • Suspension of account features
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Legal action if necessary

We may report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
